Doctor Strange 2 plot and other details
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is an essential link between all the upcoming phase four installments. And it will play a significant role in connecting many worlds in a single film!
Yes, it did go through several problems earlier this year when original director Scott Derrickson left the project.
There were some creative differences, so eventually, it happened. However, the big surprise came in the form of the new director, Sam Raimi.
One of the actors on Doctor Strange 2, Chiwetel Ejiofor, also expressed his excitement upon learning about Raimi joining the film.
“I love Sam Raimi, so I’m very excited that he’s making a film, the second Doctor Strange. He brings to anything he does a wealth of imagination and passion. In this genre, he’s just one of the seminal figures. I remember seeing Darkman when I was a kid. It was beyond; it’s so amazing.”
The story of this highly anticipated title will converge many things together, like Spider-Man and WandaVision‘s storylines.
And of course, it will also show what exactly Stephen Strange did after the events of Avengers: Endgame. It will be an epic moment to see so much happening in just one single MCU installment.
Upcoming MCU projects in 2021
The next phase is filled with unexpected and jaw-dropping surprises when it comes to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. And it can be understood from the grand ambitions of the makers.
Films and TV shows like Spider-Man 3, WandaVision, Falcon and the Winter Soldier, and Loki will dive deep into the unknown because there’s a lot for the fans to know what “other things” also exist in their beloved MCU.
Speaking of Doctor Strange 2, it will release on March 5th, 2022, according to the revised slate.
