Drew Barrymore and her ex-husband Tom Green had an emotional reunion on her show after not speaking for 15 years following their split.

Tom Green joined Drew Barrymore on her show on Friday, Sept. 25, episode. The exes reminisced their past and how they never talked to each other in over a decade.
Barrymore said she was safe and content during their relationship. She got emotional and cried when she realized that it has been 15 years since they were together, and they never talked during those years they were apart.
Barrymore said 20 years is like a blink of an eye. She acknowledged that they have separate lives, and it was nice to come together.
She also admitted she was thrilled to no end that Green would be joining her on the show. The Charlie’s Angels star shared that she has always celebrated Green’s life.
“It’s been too long, it’s nice to reconnect,” Barrymore said per Us Weekly.
“We really did not talk for about 15 years, I guess, and this is really the first time we’ve looked at each other face to face in 15 years.”
Green happy for his ex-wife
Meanwhile, Tom Green is happy for his ex-wife’s success and new daytime talk show. Drew Barrymore’s show premiered earlier this month.
The Celebrity Big Brother congratulated Barrymore and said he was excited about her new show.
“It’s nice to see you every day on here, just bringing this burst of happiness, and energy and optimism to the world right now,” he added.

Drew Barrymore sets a high standard for her talk show. She said, she wanted to be like David Letterman and Howard Stern.
Bill Caroll, a veteran TV consultant and expert, gave Barrymore thumbs up for knowing what she wants to achieve on her show. He also acknowledged Letterman and Stern’s excellence in their respective shows.
Letterman’s Late Show with David Letterman has been airing on CBS since 1982. Meanwhile, Stern’s The Howard Stern Show made its debut in 2006.
In the premiere episode, Barrymore’s friends and Charlie’s Angels co-stars Lucy Liu and Cameron Diaz. The trio talked about their movies and friendship.
Barrymore was very thankful with her friendship with Liu and Diaz. She considered herself lucky to live a life with them.
The new talk show host ended the segment by telling the audience that they will be celebrating a lot of things on the show. She added that friendship will be one of them.
