In case you are one of the hardcore Elden Ring fans, this news will definitely put a smile on your face about the upcoming gaming title.
As per FromSoftware’s official announcement, Elden Ring closed network test registration is now open.
‘Elden Ring’ details so far
Along with FromSoftware, Bandai Namco has also shared the same detail about the highly awaited fantasy RPG of 2022.
In the latest tweet, the makers revealed that sign-ups are now open for the closed test network registration of Elden Ring. The update implies that fans won’t have to wait longer in terms of trying the early betas for the game.
As for the sign-up itself, it’s not very difficult to do at all. Upon successful registration, fans will receive a voucher code via email for their preferred platform. Then they will need to download the test build of the game.
The closed network test for Elden Ring begins next month on November 12. It will last through November 14 and will be accessible on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S consoles.
In terms of doing the registration, fans can do that until November 1. After that, they won’t be able to sign up for the test.
Talking about the testing, then it will show a prompt, asking the players to choose their preferred platform. Furthermore, it will also ask them about their experience so far with FromSoftware games before requiring them to fill in their email addresses.
However, players need to note that the servers will be only open throughout five multiple three-hour sessions.
The first session will likely go live on November 12 from 3am to 6am PT. Then the second one will arrive later in the day, during the night, from 7pm to 10pm PT. Session 3 will open midday on November 13 from 11am to 2pm PT.
The fifth and fourth tests will begin in the morning and evening of November 14, 3am to 6am PT and 7pm to 10pm PT, respectively.
Video games of 2021
Meanwhile, Elden Ring isn’t the only awaited title at the moment. This year itself has many anticipated games coming before the end of 2021.
Speaking of the potential blockbusters then some of the big names include the likes of Battlefield 2042 and Riders Republic.
Then there is Activision and Sledgehammer’s Call of Duty: Vanguard. It is the next main installment in the now-iconic first-person shooter franchise.
Vanguard will follow a different path compared to its predecessors, as it will focus heavily on the online multiplayer modes, which means that the single-player campaign won’t be a priority anymore.
Coming back to Elden Ring, again, it will launch early next year on February 25, 2022, for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
