Electronic Arts are reportedly working on a new installment, and it might reveal it soon, under an already established gaming franchise.
As per the latest report, Electronic Arts may show a new entry next month.
Electronic Arts new game details
According to journalist Jeff Grubb, EA might come up with a new installment under an established IP.
However, Grubb didn’t exactly confirm what new game Electronic Arts is working on.
“It’s that one – it’s the one – and we’re gonna see it… If we’re not dead first.”
It’s going to be exciting. We’ll talk about it more pretty soon.”
Interestingly, here is the mention of the word “dead” in Grubb’s reveal. And if we are reading the signs correctly, and hopefully, then the new entry might be a fresh Dead Space itself!
Dead Space is one of the most popular gaming series from Electronic Arts. And there’s been no new addition under the franchise since the third part. It was released in 2013.
In the original series, players take control of Isaan Clarke. He is an engineer trapped on a deserted spaceship, surrounded by deadly aliens. He fights with the now-iconic plasma cutter that kills the enemies instantly.
Meanwhile, there is another good news for EA lately.
Following the excellent reception of Battlefield 2042 at the E3 2021 event, the Battlefield 4 servers have witnessed lots of traffic. It implies that more players are hopping onto the past title in anticipation of the upcoming entry.
It will be interesting to see what comes out next during EA’s July event.
