Here are some of Epic Games’ best deals up for grabs. Prices are in USD:
The Outer Worlds – $29.24 ($44.99)
The Outer Worlds is a single-player first-person action role-playing game developed by Obsidian Entertainment, the company behind the STAR WARS: Knights of the Old Republic series and Fallout: New Vegas.
The Outer World’s gameplay sort of feels like a cross between Fallout 4 and Bioshock Infinite, while its narrative gives the player the opportunity to build his or her own story through a series of tough choices that eventually lead to monumental consequences.
In 2019, The Outer Worlds took home the Titanium Award for “Best RPG” and the Game Critics Award for “Best Original Game.”
If you’re a fan of a shooting game with an engaging story-line where your choices have legitimate repercussions, then this is the perfect game for you.
Metro Exodus – $14.99 ($29.99)
Metro Exodus is a first-person shooter with a survival horror theme and is the third installment in the series based on the Dmitry Glukhovsky novels of the same name.
The game takes place after the events of Metro: Last light and has players reprise the role of Artyom as he makes his way across the European continent.
Unlike its predecessors, Metro Exodus features a sprawling open world that players can get lost in whenever they want to diverge from the game’s amazingly engrossing storyline filled with colorful and endearing characters.
Its stellar combat and deep crafting and customization systems also add to what makes the game so great overall.
If you’re looking for an excellent open world first-person shooter and have the nerves to deal with some scares, then you definitely shouldn’t sleep on Metro Exodus.
Assassin’s Creed Odyssey – $14.51 ($43.99)
The 11th major installment in the long-running Assassin’s Creed series, Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is a third-person action title with heavy RPG elements, more so than its predecessor Assassin’s Creed Origins.
This time around, players have the ability to choose the gender of the game’s main character who is a mercenary in a mythological war between Athens and Sparta.
Assassin’s Creed Odyssey has perhaps the most interesting world the series has yet to offer and is an absolute blast to explore. The game’s story-telling is also top-notch with lots of intriguing characters to come across and interesting choices to make.
Assassin’s Creed had a few questionable titles in the series but Assassin’s Creed Odyssey certainly isn’t one of them.
Red Dead Redemption II – $35.99 ($44.99)
Red Dead Redemption 2 is a third-person action adventure game that serves as a prequel to the previous game in the series, Red Dead Redemption. It was developed by Rockstar Games, the studio behind the immensely popular Grand Theft Auto series.
Just like its predecessor, Red Dead Redemption 2 is an open world game set in the Wild West though this time around players will be playing mainly as Arthur Morgan, an outlaw who’s part of the Van Der Linde Gang.
The game’s world is filled with random encounters and tons of surprises to uncover, making it extremely fun to explore. Add that to its emotionally charged storyline and fascinating side quests and you’ll find Red Dead Redemption 2 awfully hard to put down.
