Everything new in ‘Apex Legends season 6’

Apex Legends Season 6 is soon to be in full swing after the long wait, and fans of the battle royale are excited. There will be a ton of new content in the upcoming season, and players have every right to anticipate it eagerly.

The developers are starting to reveal more about Apex Legends Season 6, which could very well be the battle royale’s biggest outing to date. There will be a ton of new content for the game other than weapons and gameplay tweaks. Here’s everything we know so far.

Release date

The new season for the game will launch this Aug. 18. There are still a lot of days to go, so those who haven’t beaten this season’s battle pass can still grind those remaining levels out.

The recent launch trailer for the next season showcased the new legend named Rampart. Based on the trailer, it really seems like she will be capable of using a mounted turret as one of her skills. We’ve yet to know what she’s capable of doing exactly, but it seems like she can support teams through her skills.

The leaked abilities of Rampart suggests that she can also repair the things built by other legends like Wattson and Pathfinder. For now, what we do know is that players are very eager to get her.

New weapon

The previous season of the game skipped out on adding a new weapon to the Legend’s arsenal. In Apex Legends Season 6, a new weapon will be introduced, and it’s the Volt SMG. The Volt SMG is a high rate of fire energy weapon that will soon be available for players.

Some dataminers have also noted that there could be another weapon added, and it’s none other than a Compound Bow.

Apart from Rampart, the biggest addition this season could very well be crafting. As per the developers, crafting will allow players to build better gear by finding materials on the map. We’ve yet to know what this means precisely. Players could soon be able to improve the level of their gear, or they could even be allowed to create weapon attachments.

Apex Legends Season 6 is set to be a big one. After the recent details have leaked, we’re sure that players are finally excited to get their hands on the new season. We will most likely be getting new details about it soon.
