With the launch of Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade today, many players will now be able to take up the role of a new character.
Yes, that character is none other than Yuffie Kisaragi. She’s the brand new playable face in Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade.
‘Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade’ details
Compared to the rest of the cast, Yuffie possesses many extra and unique abilities in the just-released DLC.
Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade version comes with many graphical improvements to last year’s title. But the big highlight of it is Yuffie, who travels with her companion Sonon Kusakabe.
She’s also the star of the Episode Intermission DLC while having her style of fighting. It’s because she has innate Elemental abilities. In other words, it’s called Ninjutsu.
Speaking of the latest additions to the 2020’s game, then there will be DualSense controller support for players. Now they can experience haptic feedback to escalate the thrill of enjoying the various fight sequences.
However, the overall attraction of the newest launch is Yuffie, as she will try to steal from the Shinra corporation.
Those who are eager to play as Yuffie will have to know her strengths and weaknesses before jumping in to fight. Her companion Sonon is, however, just controlled by AI. But he will be helpful to the players during combat.
Fans can either purchase the DLC for $20 or get it as a part of a $70 Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade.

When is the next original ‘Final Fantasy’ title coming?
Square Enix has been working on remaking classic Final Fantasy titles from the past for the modern-day generation.
However, a large section of the franchise lovers is expecting a brand new entry into the series. And it might appear soon as well.
But as of now, there’s no clarity of when it will come out.
Yes, there was a demo trailer revealed back in 2018 that showcased a female protagonist. Technically, she was half human and half machine.
In that demo video, the developers showed the imaginative sequences of the good and evil characters going against each other. It was more like a depiction of Ying and Yang.
The trailer attracted lots of positive reactions from the fans who loved the concept and the fight scenes.
But then the makers decided to proceed with a male protagonist. It was a sudden change from their side.
Although, the eventual game might end up getting more than one option to choose between male and female. Still, it can’ be confirmed unless there is any major announcement.
Since last year, there’s been no news on the next original title. At the moment, it’s just called Final Fantasy 16.
Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade is now available for PS5.
