‘Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon and The Blade of Light’ file size unveiled

Nintendo has always surprised its fanbase with various games. Previously, Nintendo dropped big news as it revealed that Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon and the Blade of Light will be released to the west for the first time.

Shadow Dragon and the Blade of Light is the first Fire Emblem game that was solely released to Japan to those who are unaware of this game. This game was released in the year 1990.

Now, Nintendo unveils the game’s size and what it will contain, to give an overview of the game to the enthusiastic gamers. On the official listing of Nintendo eShop, the game has been regarded with a size of just 30 MB.

Yes, you read it right! 30 MB is so less, and playing that game on Nintendo Switch console which has a large storage size beforehand only.

The game will be a part of the original, which was released to Japan in 1990, but still, 30 MB stands significantly less and makes this game a compatible and exciting game to play on a console with less storage size.

Contents of the game

Talking about this game’s content, the game will still have 25 chapters of the original game, more than 50 playing characters, and at least 20 classes to choose within.

The one thing gamers should realize that the offer of buying this game is only till March 31, 2021, and it can only be purchased via Nintendo eShop.

As this game will have its 30th Anniversary, therefore, Nintendo will also present an offer package in which you will be allowed to download the code for Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon and the Blade of Light, a map, an art book, and many other vouchers that will help you know the game much more.

The digital and special versions of the game will be available on Nintendo by December 4. Looking at the 30th Anniversary of the game, it wasn’t much surprising that the game sold out just in minutes after the preorders were started last week.

Pricing of Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon and the Blade of Light

In this case, scalpers are already taking massive advantage of the situation. The game prices are getting out of hand, making the price rise on different sites double the original cost listed on Nintendo eShop.

Initially, the 30th Anniversary edition of the game was rated at $49.99, but many other sites like eBay are listing the price at double the original cost, if not more.
