The studio behind the successful franchise God of War, Sony’s Santa Monica, is working on a brand new game, as per its recent job listings.
Santa Monica is currently hiring for an unannounced fantasy-based project. On its website, it recently listed several job roles.
What’s next from Santa Monica?
Interestingly, 2018’s God of War recently completed its three years of launch this month. And now, the news of Santa Monica working on a new title will only make the fans even more pumped up.
Speaking of the job listings then the studio has posted the role for a senior character concept artist.
The chosen candidate for the position will be developing characters for “fantasy-based worlds.”
Plus, he/she must have the skills to “render realistic, believable fantasy-based creatures, characters, and props.”
It means that the new project is moving ahead at a good pace at the moment.
It’s still unclear, though, whether or not the next IP from Santa Monica will add to something or a new title in itself.
Fans will expect a lot from this unnamed game. But before this, they will also witness the upcoming God of War: Ragnarok installment, the sequel to the 2018 blockbuster.
