Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are, allegedly, struggling to keep their relationship afloat.
As such, Gwen Stefani, allegedly, came up with the wonderful idea that she and Shelton should go to therapy together.
Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton heading to couples therapy
According to National Enquirer, the couple is committed to doing whatever it takes to be together for the rest of their lives.
“They’re committed to staying together and love each other dearly, but Gwen wants their issues fixed instead of letting stuff fester. Blake’s old-fashioned and he’s not comfortable talking about personal stuff to a total stranger, but she’s pushing hard to get them professional help,” the source said.
No baby or wedding for Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani
The insider also claimed that Stefani and Shelton have put their plans on hold because they want to focus on fixing their issues first.
“Gwen is also holding off on a baby. She isn’t sure she wants to do IVF and they can’t agree on a wedding either,” the source said.
All for show?
To make the dubious claims more convincing, the tabloid seemingly suggested that Stefani and Shelton are faking their feelings for each other. During their interviews, they gush over each other nonstop.
“When the cameras go off, they start picking on each other. Seeking counseling with a therapist makes sense, especially if they’re going to get their wedding plans on track,” the source said.
Rumors about Gwen Stefani and Shelton have been rife since they started dating. And most often than not, the dubious claims come from National Enquirer.
There was a time when the tabloid claimed that the couple secretly tied the knot last year.
“Gwen and Blake are excitable and impulsive and ready to pull the trigger,” the source said.
The insider also claimed that Stefani and Gavin Rossdale’s three kids were the ones that encouraged her and Shelton to say “I do.”
“They begged their mom to make him their official daddy. Their dream will come soon, with a backyard wedding and they will play major roles in it,” the source said.
Rumors debunked
However, the tabloid’s headline claimed that Stefani and Shelton have tied the knot. But the article is about the couple potentially tying the knot. This shows that the claims are misleading and should therefore be taken with a grain of salt.
The same tabloid also claimed that the couple fought over the No Doubt singer’s wicked ways. However, this isn’t true either. Gwen Stefani and Shelton are happy and in love.
