Gwen Stefani imposing her political views, feuding over politics with Blake Shelton rumor debunked

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton have known each other for years so it’s highly likely that they already know a lot of things about each other.

But just recently, Us Weekly tried to create problems between the couple where there are none. The tabloid claimed that Gwen Stefani and Shelton have been fighting over their different political views among many other things.

“These two disagree on a lot of things, and one of those things is politics,” the source said.

The source also claimed that since Stefani hosted a fundraiser at her house in Beverly Hills before, she’s less conservative than her boyfriend. And because their political views are so different, they, allegedly, can’t find a common ground in their relationship.

According to the insider, the only reason why Stefani and Shelton still haven’t tied the knot is because of the countless disagreements that they are having lately.

Rumors debunked

However, Gossip Cop was quick to debunk the tabloid’s claims saying that though it’s true that political views can divide a household, this is not the case with the couple.

The rumor-debunking site also revisited a story about Shelton from three years ago when the tabloids claimed that he hung out with Paul Ryan. On his Twitter account, The Voice coach said that he doesn’t do politics.

“Literally walked into a restaurant with my family (including children, lots of children), bumped into a politician that I’ve never met before, said hello, and took pictures (like I would try to do with anyone I meet who asks). Then we immediately left because it was too cold for the outdoor area we had reserved. And now according to the Internet, we were hanging out or having some big secret meeting in a public restaurant!” he wrote.

Shelton’s statement proves that he doesn’t like getting too involved in politics. As such, it is unlikely for him and Gwen Stefani to be fighting about this at home.

Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton wedding, baby rumors not true

Us Weekly has been targeting Stefani and Shelton’s relationship for years. They have claimed time and again that the couple’s wedding has been called off. However, Stefani and Shelton haven’t even gotten engaged.

Other tabloids have also been publishing dubious stories about Stefani and Shelton. OK! magazine previously claimed that the couple is expecting a baby girl.

Globe also claimed that since Gwen Stefani cannot, allegedly, have any more kids, she and Shelton decided that they will adopt instead. However, none of these claims are true.
