Hailey Bieber refuses to let anyone pull her down after finding herself in the middle of an ugly feud with Selena Gomez’s fans again.
Amid the controversy surrounding Hailey Bieber and Selena’s names again, Justin Bieber’s wife chose to be the bigger person by deactivating her Twitter account.
Earlier this month, the 23-year-old model got roasted by Selena’s fans after, allegedly, throwing shade at the Ice Cream singer.
It started after the emergence of the since-deleted workout video by Dog Pound fitness trainer Kevin Mejia. In the said Instagram clip, Hailey and Justine Skye listened to Drake and DJ Khaled’s Popstar, where Selena’s name got mentioned.
Some of Selena’s supporters insisted that they could hear Skye in the video saying, “Nobody says Selena.”
This follows the roasting session of fans after Justin lip-synced his ex-girlfriend’s name in the same song.
But here is the truth: Skye did not say what Selena’s fans claimed.
Despite that, Hailey remained silent about it and left Twitter for a while. Meanwhile, neither her 26-year-old husband has commented about the drama yet.
Meanwhile, Skye spoke up on her behalf and wrote, “I was tryna be nice but idc, you guys are fucking weird. Stop searching for reasons to attack people [in] defense of your FAV. Especially if it’s completely inaccurate. Don’t y’all have homework to do or somethin.”
Hate Messages For Hailey Has Been Long-Existing
Unfortunately, Hailey still receives such hate comments even after marrying the Yummy singer.
Fans cannot seem to get over the Justin-Selena ship as the two were in a nearly 10-year on-off relationship. They called it quits permanently in March 2018, and after three months, Justin started dating Hailey again.
A month later, the singer proposed to her in and married her in Sept. 2018.
Both Hailey and Selena are not strangers to controversies like this, though
Selena released her song last year, Lose You to Love Me to throw shade to Justin. She also admitted on the Zach Sang Show that she wanted him to listen to it.
After its official release, Hailey posted a screenshot of Summer Walker’s song I’ll Kill You on her Instagram Story. Though it did not threaten someone at all, it stirred criticisms from Selena’s fans as they interpreted it as a warning.
Netizens started to bombard her with offensive messages, although the model denied that she attacked her with the post. Meanwhile, Hailey asked fans to stop with the nonsense.
Hours later, Selena finally asked her fans not to harm Hailey Bieber as she “she does not stand for women tearing women down.”
