‘Halo: Master Chief Collection’ adds new multiplayer map

Halo 3 players just received a new multiplayer map for the 2007 game in season 6, with Halo‘s release: Master Chief Collection.

Season 6 has begun now, and there are lots of new additions that have arrived with Halo: Master Chief Collection. Along with the multiplayer map, players will receive unique rewards and challenges as well.

Season 6 has also introduced a brand new map named Waterfall.

Before the release of the latest update, there were two rumored maps. However, the other one, called Edge, didn’t arrive at all.

But the area in Waterfall, under Halo: Master Chief Collection, is said to be more than enough to cover and engage into. Players might not even feel the need for a second locale.

This new location comes from Halo: Online, a free-to-play game from Russia. However, canceled it a while ago.

The waterfall is the first new map in Halo 3 in the last ten years.

Devs at 343 Industries are constantly taking feedback from the players regarding the map modifications.

As of now, Waterfall will be available only in custom games.

Despite gaining additions, fans still won’t see other expected features such as View Model Offset, The Edge map, and a Custom Game Browser.

Fortunately, 343 Industries said that they would bring the missing options soon in a future patch.

“We are working diligently on each of these items right now and will bring them back in an updated capacity either to future flights or into an update.”

Seems like Halo: Master Chief Collection will keep the die-hard players hooked before they eventually witness Halo: Infinite.

New video games in 2021

Meanwhile, gamers always keep finding new alternatives if they don’t get something desirable in one title. And 2021 is already turning out to be excellent in offering the best launches since its beginning.

Some of the upcoming potential heavyweights are Resident Evil Village, Far Cry 6, and Halo: Infinite.

Horizon Forbidden West, the next Call of Duty installment, God of War: Ragnarok, and Dying Light 2 are also highly awaited.

But that’s not everything coming out this year.

The line-up extends even further with the likes of Returnal, Stray, Deathloop, Back 4 Blood, New World, and Humankind.

Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, GhostWire: Tokyo, Biomutant, Riders Republic, Psychonauts 2, and Cyber Shadow are other crucial releases.

What do you think about all the upcoming launches of 2021? Are you excited and hyped for them?
