Mnet’s ‘TMI News’ released the list Wednesday of 13 celebrities who live in the most luxurious homes. Let’s take a quick glimpse at the top three!
So Ji Sub took fifth place, purchasing a room in the apartment. In 2018, So Ji Sub paid 6.1 billion KRW (roughly $5.32 million) for a four-bedroom apartment with three bathrooms.
BTS’s RM was 4th. He bought a room at N Apartment in the same area after selling his room in H Apartment in Hannam-dong. He paid 6.36 billion KRW ($5.54 million) in cash at the time.
Jo In Sung took third place. She chose a Jamsil-based luxury officetel. S Residence is located on the 42nd through 71st floors L Tower, Korea’s tallest building, and offers 6-star hotel service.
The kitchen uses only the best products. The most recent deal was for 9.2 billion KRW (or about $ 8.02 million). Jo In Sung purchased two rooms for his family.
Song Joong Ki was second on the list. He bought land and built a house overlooking Hannam-dong.
Song Joong Ki demolished the house and began construction of a new one. The detached two-story house has three basement levels worth 10 billion KRW (about 8.72 million).
Song purchased a condo in Hawaii for $2.28million in December 2019.
The couple Jang Dong-Gun Ko So Young ranked first on the list. The couple lives in Cheongdam-dong’s P Apartment, and it offers a stunning view of the Han River from its beautiful skyscraper.
According to reports, the building boasts luxurious community facilities, top security, and private elevators.
An apartment measuring 273.96 square meters was sold in March for 11.5 billion KRW, or about $10 million.
Superstar Lee Min Ho placed 9th on the list. Many stars love the penthouse at L Villa, home to Lee Min Ho. The penthouse sold recently for 4.46 billion KRW, or about $3.89 million.
