‘Horizon Forbidden West’ is now confirmed for 2021 release

There’s good news for all the Aloy fans out there. Awaited title Horizon Forbidden West is officially confirmed for a release in 2021!

The big news over Horizon Forbidden West comes from the latest PlayStation Studios head interview, Hermen Hulst.

‘Horizon Forbidden West’ is coming this year.

In the interview with the PlayStation blog, Mr. Hulst talked about all the latest developments in progress at PlayStation Studios.

He mentioned upcoming titles such as Haven, from Jade Raymond, and also Fireworks. Both of them have some of the top industry names involved in their making.

However, the main highlight of the interview was regarding the Guerilla Games’ sequel to its 2017 blockbuster.

Speaking on Horizon Forbidden West, he said that it’s one of the two massive “narrative-driven games in development right now. The other being God of War: Ragnarok, of course.

“For Horizon, we think we are on track to release this holiday season. But that isn’t quite certain yet, and we’re working as hard as we can to confirm that to you as soon as we can”.

And there you have it!

Hermen Hulst, himself has now confirmed the arrival time of the next installment.

Although he didn’t reveal the date, there is an assurance that Horizon 2 will make an entry before the end of 2021.

On the other hand, lovers of God of War will have to wait longer than expected. Because part two is now delayed until 2022. Santa Monica Studios is still busy in its completion.

More video games coming soon

Meanwhile, there are other fresh releases in this calendar for the excited gamers are at the moment.

They will have multiple options to choose from when it comes to having a breathtaking experience.

Some of the most-awaited potential blockbusters include Far Cry 6, STALKER 2, Halo Infinite, and Dying Light 2.

Deathloop, Psychonauts 2, a new Call of Duty installment, GhostWire: Tokyo, and Stray are also highly anticipated.

The extensive lineup expands further with the likes of Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart, New World, Humankind, and No More Heroes 3.

Back 4 Blood, Kena: Bridge of Spirits, Little Devil Inside, and Life Is Strange: True Colors are other crucial launches.

Several recently announced projects making their debuts soon are Glitchpunk, Etched Memories, and The Day Before.

Coming back to Horizon Forbidden West, again, then it’s yet to receive a launch date.
