Huawei is only concerned about its survival in the years to come. The official statement regarding the extension of the ban on Huawei was released by the company online via Twitter.
Huawei is currently facing a problem bigger than what it can realistically manage. The issue goes beyond the four walls of the company. In fact, it is currently in a tough spot between the trade war of China and the U.S., and the company’s future is not looking good based on recent events.
The Chinese tech company’s ban on doing business with U.S. companies has just been extended for another year. The ban means that the company will have to be creative in filling up the void left by the markets it cannot serve anymore.
Huawei is not backing down from the U.S. ban
Huawei seems to be fuming as a result of the new amendment made on the Foreign Direct Product Rules. The company released the official statement via a post on Twitter. Its stand on the entire matter is completely opposite of what the U.S. government has imposed.

The company accuses the U.S. government of wanting to tighten its stranglehold on the global leader. It also accuses the Federal government of leveraging its policies to thwart the growth of competitors outside of the country’s borders. Moreover, Huawei says that the U.S. government is putting the future of technology in peril.
The decision is arbitrary and PERNICIOUS, and threatens to undermine the entire industry worldwide.
Huawei places all the blame on the U.S. government. It says that the government has deliberately turned its back on more than three million Huawei device users. Not only that, Huawei is also sending a warning that the U.S. is causing future friction problems among companies that need to work together. Ultimately, Huawei claims that the U.S. will inevitably be negatively affected by its own policies.
Huawei claims to be complying with all U.S. regulations
Huawei’s stand on the matter is based on its claim that it has been following all the rules that the U.S. government has imposed on them. Moreover, Huawei still found ways to fulfill all contractual obligations it had even if the U.S. already banned them from doing business with U.S. companies.
Overall, Huawei is still positive that it will find more ways than one to continue its growth in the future despite it being a tough task. The company is calling on all of its partners and supporters to stick with the company through this tough time.
we hope that our customers and suppliers will continue to stand with us and minimize the impact of this discriminatory rule.
