There is a brand new Gangster RPG coming soon in the future. Image Games and Anshar Studios have just announced it officially.

Early on Thursday, both the studios shared big news regarding the new Gangster RPG title.

‘Gangster’ RPG early details

The indie premium developers have joined hands together to come up with a big surprise in the future.

While there’s no detail about a proper title, it will be a gangster RPG, for sure, according to Image Games and Anshar Studios.

Previously, both the studios’ work had also made its way to the Future Games Show.

While sharing the news on the gangster project, they mentioned that a reveal would be out soon “in the first quarter of next year.”

In the meantime, fans will have to wait for a release date, trailer, and the main story.

When it comes to the game itself, Marta Fijak, a designer on Frostpunk, will be a creative director. On the other hand, God of War director David Jaffe will act as a consultant.

According to the developers, the title will have a story about human relationships “through the lens of criminal games.”

The head of the production, Justyna Supernak, mentioned that storytelling would be key to the upcoming game. Because it’s been their specialty with hits like “God of War, Frostpunk, League of Legends, Call of Duty, and many more.”

Talking about the developers themselves then Image Games are a combination of Platige Image and Movie Games.

On the other hand, Anshar Studios have worked on recent blockbusters like Outriders, Divinity: Original Sin 2, and Dead By Daylight.
