Latest rumors have now claimed that the iPad Mini Pro will launch the sixth-generation in the second half of the year.
A Korean blog named Naver claimed that the iPad Mini Pro will now arrive in the second half of 2021. However, contrary to previous rumors that hinted towards an early release.
But then again, it’s just yet another speculation unless an official announcement is made.
iPad Mini Pro early details
The chances of the sixth-gen mini iPad to release in the second half of 2021 seem fifty-fifty. Because the Korean blog that leaked news on this hasn’t got a track record of spot-on information, so it may or may not be valid.
But going by its claim, it says that iPad Mini Pro will feature an 8.7-inch display. It will have a reduced height with an increased width, compared to the current iPad Mini 5.
As per other reports, the Pro version of the Mini iPad is said to be in the P2 stage right now. It’s set to start design validation tests soon. After going through many processes, Apple will order for its mass production.
Interestingly, a Chinese leaker recently revealed that the iPad Mini Pro would sport a full-screen design. It means that the bezels will be minimal.
Talking about previous rumors then they said that the upcoming Mini iPad would also have LED technology, which is quite apparent to arrive since it’s almost confirmed now.
However, it will be interesting to see if there will be a Pro version or a regular Mini model of Apple’s smaller tablet lineup.
Apple products in 2021
Meanwhile, the California tech giant is gearing up for its next series of product announcements. Just like 2020, it’s hoping for an excellent performance this year as well.
While the iPhone 12 series’s revenue is still coming and increasing, its current focus is on the latest reveals.
Talking about what’s coming in the next few months, firstly, there will be AirTags and AirPods Studio’s arrival. They both are waiting for the last four-five months. Their launch was delayed due to several issues.
Furthermore, there is the WWDC event in June. It will introduce the next software version, iOS 15, for multiple Apple devices. It’s expected to reveal many privacy-based features as well as a recent UI overhaul.
The next Apple Watch lineup will also make its way, along with an iPad Mini Pro at some point before the iPhone 13 event.
When it comes to the upcoming iPhone lineup, it’s rumored to come with many recent changes. Some speculations hint towards a 120Hz display and a reduced notch, and a 1TB storage option.
