Recent iPhone 13 leaks have disclosed that gadget-crazy fans should brace for a very different iPhone range to the one many anticipated.
Now a new report revealed what is, arguably, Apple’s most interesting iPhone 13 design decision.
For starters, the new version will come in four colors. Specifically, the new leak suggests there’s going to be an iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max in silver, rose gold, black, and sunset gold colors.
If true, that means only the silver option will remain from the iPhone 12 Pro series, which also comes in gold, graphite and Pacific blue.
Apple does not disappoint
Around 90 million iPhone 13 units are expected to be made by the end of the year. The figure marks a 20% increase in Apple Inc’s production.
Despite the pandemic’s impact on economies, Apple is unfazed and wants to make sure it churns out new gadgets and meets demand.
Apple has initially set its production lines to make around 75 million iPhone 13s until the end of the year but as more people switch to 5G connections, the tech giant could expect demand to shoot up.
Apple is now setting its sights on two-entry level units and the advanced Pro Models.
New Specs
According to grapevines, the latest iPhones will include an LTPO Display feature which can bring a faster refresh rate. It will also have long battery life.
Also, as 5G becomes more available, Apple is set to feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X60 5G modem to speed up the number of its bands.
Upgrades to camera features include a more powerful optical zooming capability and video capturing attributes.
Faster A15 Bionic processors have also been added to the mix for more efficient app toggling and usage. Design adjustments have also been made to boost software performance.
Apple’s flagship 2021 iPhones will be available in the same sizes as 2020’s models, but with a smaller display notch.
Sources said the iPhone 13 Pro will have a 120 Hz display, similar to its sister-device, the iPad Pro.
The new version will also feature the LiDAR sensors that greatly supplement the usage of its augmented reality apps.
The iPhone 13’s official launch is yet to be announced. But the moles say it will be this coming September.
