iPhone 13 may come with an enhanced MagSafe charger- FCC Council of the United States.
Apple calls iPhone 12 models “legacy phones” in Federal Communications Commission(FCC) filings. The charger is listed in FCC documentation that may be included in the new iPhone series. The US FCC also lists iPhone 12 models as “legacy”. And the four “New Phones” listed may be variants of iPhone 13.
iPhone models and the FCC filing states
In addition to newer iPhone models, the updated MagSafe charger appears to be being tested on AirPods Pro. Moreover, US FCC filings, originally seen by insider Dave Zatz, show a new MagSafe charger with model number A2548. This differs from the existing charger that Apple released for the iPhone 12.

In particular, these are the American versions of the iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 12 Pro Max and iPhone 12 mini. Along with existing iPhone models, the FCC filing states that the MagSafe charger has been tested on four new Apple phone models. However, the mobile model is possibly the iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13 Pro Max, and iPhone 13 mini.

MagSafe charging tech
