Ivanka Trump mocked after sharing what kept her busy during pandemic

Ivanka Trump received an intense backlash from the netizens after sharing what she did during the lockdown.

Ivanka Trump has earned a number of supporters and critics after her dad, Donald Trump, became the president. In a recent interview, she got candid and shared what kept her busy during the lockdown and many didn’t like it.

Ivanka Trump learned new skills during the pandemic

Ivanka Trump sat for an interview about discussing life during the pandemic. The first daughter shared that the lockdown gave the people time to enjoy life’s simple pleasures.

Her simple pleasures during the pandemic are playing board games and playing guitar. In fact, she got into the habit of playing guitar during her time alone.

“I took up playing guitar, because my husband was working very late nights,” Ivanka shared per Hollywood Life.

“I’d come home, after I’d put the kids to bed and after I went back online and finished my work, I’d be sitting there, and so I taught myself — or am teaching myself — how to play guitar.”

Netizens criticized Ivanka

Although Ivanka Trump was only speaking for herself and how she endured the pandemic especially with many fighting the boredom at home, many still slammed her. Several pointed out the fact that she was enjoying while others were struggling because they lost their jobs and have no income.

One said that many were sick and worried about how to feed their kids or pay their mortgage. So, they were offended that Ivanka was “enjoying” the pandemic.

“She is so fortunate not to have to worry about paying bills, or finding medical care for her family, or worrying whether it’s safe to ride public transportation to that job that she needs to keep her family afloat,” journalist Elizabeth Vargas commented. “This is so tone deaf.”

Donald getting Ivanka ready for the presidency

In related news, Stephanie Winston Wolkoff claimed that Donald Trump is already getting his daughter, Ivanka Trump, ready for the presidency.

“The fact that he’s literally getting Ivanka ready to become a President and already putting that in people’s minds is just insane,” said Stephanie Winston Wolkoff.

Both of Ivanka’s parents are confident with her leadership skills. Aside from her parents, Ivanka has already gained many supporters in case she runs for president in 2024.

The POTUS said in a previous interview that Ivanka is very hard to beat once she joins the presidential race. Meanwhile, her mom, Ivana Trump, believed that Ivanka could be the first woman in the United States.
