Jacob Batalon proves he is more fit for ‘Spider-Man 3’

The previously overweight Jacob Batalon has recently revealed his dramatic weight loss as he posted a shot of himself on his Instagram Story.

According to a fan account (@theinternationalspiderman), Jacob Batalon has lost 102 pounds. The report showed a very noticeable difference between the actor comparing his features at the beginning of his weight loss journey up to now.

He was wearing the wig in the posted shot, which he uses to play Ned, and exhibited his slimmer visuals.

A fanatic Spider-Man sidekick

Recently, Batalon was most seen in Quibi’s 50 States of Fright. The actor’s episodes that feature Colorado’s legend unfold in what many believe to be one of the most haunted places in the states.

The Spider-Man’s sidekick sat down for an interview, talked about his connection to the horror genre and the movies that most scare him.

The actor also expressed his thoughts regarding the news that Jamie Foxx’s appearance in the next chapter of Spider-Man.

Batalon revealed that he is a massive fan of Jamie Foxx. He said that he grew up watching his stuff. So, working with all the said influential stars in movies is like a godsend.

The actor continued that he can’t believe everything that is happening to him. Because of his stint in Spider-Man, he met all his favorite superheroes.

And now, with the news of the prolific Jamie Foxx’s appearance on the show, it makes him feel more blessed. Jamie, for him, is very diverse, and he does everything for his given role.

Marvel delays will not affect Spider-Man

It has been announced recently on several media platforms that Black Widow will be delayed. Also, with the release of The Eternals and Shang-Chi’s. However, the fans of Spider-Man can continue to celebrate and anticipate since the movie’s fate only relies on Sony.

Moreover, the Marvel delays will not affect the film’s scheduled for 2022 and beyond. And if the Spider-Man movie will have delays, the news must be coming from Sony rather than Disney and Marvel Studios.

Meanwhile, Spider-Man 3 is slated to release on December 17, 2021.
