Jennifer Aniston bye acting; ‘Ultimate dream’ in Hollywood revealed

Jennifer Aniston shocked the world when she admitted to almost quitting acting.

However, this might come true sooner because Jennifer Aniston is moving ahead with her ultimate dream.

A source told Us Weekly that the 51-year-old wants to become a director after finishing her commitments to The Morning Show, among other projects.

“This year has been the most groundbreaking of Jen’s life in so many ways,” the source shared.

“She worked her butt off to make The Morning Show a success, and seeing that happen given her the confidence to move ahead with her ultimate dream of becoming a director.”

Though the Friends alum enjoys being in front of the camera, the source revealed that she also really enjoys being behind it.

“It’s her destiny to make that switch,” the source claimed.

Jennifer previously directed two short films and a segment of Lifetime’s Five.

Recently, the former Mrs. Pitt earned herself a Screen Actors Guild award for The Morning Show. It was her first time in a long time winning that award. Jen’s first SAG was for Friends.

Another source revealed that Jennifer Aniston is “happier than she has ever been,” as she is also working on other projects.

Aside from the upcoming and highly-anticipated Friends reunion, the blonde beauty is also part of the biopic Hail Mary.

The money will also not be an issue to the star, as she’s earning from her movies and social media.

Jennifer Aniston broke records when she joined Instagram in October 2019 and got a million followers less than 24 hours of joining.

Currently, she has about 35 million followers.

Quitting acting

Jennifer Aniston admitted that she previously considered quitting acting after taking on an unprepared project a few years ago.

Last month, she spoke on iHeartRadio’s podcast Smartless to talk about what caused her to question her career.

The Friends With Money actress said, “I would have to say the last two years that has crossed my mind, which it never did before.”

“I was like, ‘Woah, that sucked the life out of me, and I don’t know if this is what interests me.'”

Jen’s favorite roles

Even though her unprepared project was such a negative experience, Jennifer Aniston revealed she had many fond memories of being on-screen.

Obviously, her most favorite role is playing Rachel Green on the NBC sitcom Friends.

“That’s a no-brainer. I would have to say that would be number one,” she revealed.

Jennifer also listed her movie with Adam Sandler, Just Go With It, as a close second.

That’s because she enjoys shooting with the actor.

“It was super fun. We have known each other since we were 19,” she said.
