Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt, allegedly, attended therapy together years after they divorced.
According to Woman UK, Jennifer Aniston and Pitt’s goal for attending therapy was to resolve things and they managed to do so. As such, the A-listers are still friends today.
“Brad and Jen are proud to have worked through most of their issues. And achieved a sense of closure over a decade. They shed a lot of tears and resolved never to discuss those dark days ever again. But it’s something neither of them will be able to forget and a painful topic that haunts them both to this day,” the source said.
Jennifer Aniston, Brad Pitt resolve their issues
Aniston and Pitt only tried to resolve their issues, allegedly, after the latter divorced Angelina Jolie and after the actor completed a year of sobriety. During that time, Aniston was also single following her split from Justin Theroux.
“And Brad didn’t have to worry about being friendly with Jen anymore, which was always such a sore topic with Angelina during their marriage,” the source said.
But as delightful as it might seem for Aniston and Pitt’s fans, there is no proof that the exes attended therapy together. And they don’t seem to have any reason to do so because they’ve already moved on from each other.
Jennifer Aniston believes in therapy
During her interview with Vanity Fair, Aniston admitted that she went to therapy after her divorce from Pitt. but she did this by herself.
“I believe in therapy. And I think it’s an incredible tool in educating the self on the self. I feel very strong. I’m really proud of how I’ve conducted myself. I don’t feel like a victim. I’ve worked with this therapist for a long time, and her major focus is that you get one day of being a victim—and that’s it. Then we take responsibility for our own input,” she said.
Jennifer, Brad no plans to get back together
However, the tabloid insisted that Jennifer Aniston and Pitt are still contemplating getting back together one day.
“There’s still that elephant in the room over whether or not they’ll end up together again. Even after Brad and Jen started speaking regularly again, they still had some very heavy and intense conversations before wiping the slate clean and setting new boundaries for their friendship,” the source said.
Aniston and Pitt were married for five years before they called it quits. And there was a slew of reasons that led them to decide that it’s best to go their separate ways.
For instance, reports claimed that Pitt had already fallen in love with Jolie while he was still married to Jennifer Aniston. However, the actor clarified that this wasn’t the case.
