Aniston on how she keeps herself motivated to workout
Jennifer Aniston is one of the most beautiful actresses in Hollywood. She has the face and body that only a few of her age possess. The Cake star shared that her body is a product of her intense workout.
She admits that there are days when she doesn’t want to work out, but she has learned how to keep herself motivated in days she doesn’t feel like exercising.
“Of course I [get bored],” Aniston told People about her workout regimen.
“It’s when I take breaks and then I get back into it, that’s when it’s hard. But once I’m back into it, I love it and I crave it,” she continued.
“Just to do it. Bite the bullet. Just bite the bullet and do it. Think of a wonderful pasta or Mexican meal that you want to have on the weekend and dangle that in front of you like a little carrot.”
Aniston attends a spin-yoga class three days a week. The activity includes 25-30 minutes of spinning and 30-40 minutes of yoga.
Meanwhile, three other days a week, she does weight-training workout at home. She uses her body weight in most of her workout routines.
She sometimes does trifecta – 15 minutes on the bike, 15 on the treadmill running, and 15 on the elliptical to shake up.
Brad Pitt’s ex also denied the rumors that she works out twice a day. She also said she usually takes Sundays off.
However, one should take the report with a grain of salt. Although Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston are good friends there is no proof that they are that close for Aniston to coach Pitt.
They haven’t been seen together since the SAG Awards.
