Jennifer Aniston and Kim Kardashian have a different diet. But, they share a great love for a certain type of food.
Just like the rest of their fans, Jennifer Aniston and Kim Kardashian find certain foods as their “guilty pleasures.” While the majority would think of sweet treats, the two celebrities have other preferences in terms of the food that they reportedly find irresistible.
As it happens, Jennifer and Kim reportedly share the same love for Mexican foods, according to Cheat Sheet.
Jennifer Aniston loves Mexican foods
Despite the need to maintain their health and figure, the two celebrities could not reportedly “resist” eating nachos. The Friends star even noted previously to Self that she would eat, “even if it dropped onto the floor.”
Jennifer “likes” to make her version of nachos. As revealed, the actress fries the Mexican chip herself. “Just take a tortilla, cut it into triangles, and throw ’em in coconut oil,” she added.
Alongside her chips, her favorite “accouterment” is “guac.” She also reportedly told in an interview that “salsa is a close second” to guac. But, all in all, “I love Mexican food in general,” the actress said.

Kim Kardashian always down for ‘Mexican-inspired dishes’
Similar to Jennifer Aniston’s guilty pleasure, Kim Kardashian also could not reportedly help herself when there is “guacamole and chips” around. As stated, the KKW Beauty founder loves “Mexican-inspired dishes,” though, she tries to make the choices vegan-friendly.
Earlier this year, Kim reportedly “raved” about her favorite “plant-based vegan tacos” on social media. She also went on to share her favorite recipes for the tacos with her sister, Kourtney Kardashian’s lifestyle platform, Poosh. As explained, her tacos would always have plenty of fresh vegetables, lots of Mexican seasonings, and Beyond Meat.
They do not share the same diet
Jennifer Aniston and Kim Kardashian, indeed, share the same love for Mexican dishes, particularly tacos. However, the two celebrities do not share the same diet, as per claims.
The Just Go With It lead actress discussed her “general philosophy” in terms of eating healthy, according to Insider. As asserted, she only believes in eating fresh organic fruits, veggies, proteins, and whole foods.
On the other hand, Kim Kardashian follows a vegan diet. She reportedly changed her eating habits in 2019 following the psoriasis flare-ups that she had experienced.
In the end, though, Jennifer Aniston and Kim Kardashian, may not share the same diet. But, their goal seemingly appears to be the same, which is to eat healthily.
