Jennifer Aniston, allegedly, had feelings for David Schwimmer while they were working together in Friends.
And the recent announcement that there will be a Friends reunion, allegedly, made Jennifer Aniston realize that her feelings for her co-star are still there.
Jennifer Aniston has always had feelings for David Schwimmer
According to New Idea, Aniston and Schwimmer’s connection is palpable. And with the help of their Friends co-stars, Courteney Cox and Lisa Kudrow, Schwimmer, allegedly, realized that Aniston is the one for him.
A source told the tabloid that what Aniston and Schwimmer have for each other is another case of the right love at the wrong time situation. After all, they were always dating their respective partners so they couldn’t give their relationship a chance.
But after waiting for 25 years, Aniston and Schwimmer were finally single at the same time. So, they had the opportunity to confess their real feelings for each other.
Rumors debunked
However, Gossip Cop said that this claim couldn’t have been true. Aniston and Schwimmer didn’t have feelings for each other while they were starring in Friends.
It is also important to note that Schwimmer is not single. He is, reportedly, dating Katie Markowitz. And earlier this year, the actor was seen hanging out with his ex-wife, Zoe Buckman.
According to Gossip Cop, it is also possible that Schwimmer and Buckman are heading for reconciliation.
Jennifer Aniston happy to be single
Jennifer Aniston, on the other hand, has been single since her divorce from Justin Theroux. Last year, the actress told Howard Stern on SiriusXM that she’s enjoying her life as a single woman.
When Stern offered to set the actress up with another man, Aniston refused.
“Hey, listen, I just don’t like being set up. I don’t like it. I hate it,” she said.
In 2018, Aniston told Elle that she has learned how to find solace in her own company. And she no longer fears being alone.
“Sure, there were bumps, and not every moment felt fantastic, obviously, but at the end of it, this is our one life and I would not stay in a situation out of fear. Fear of being alone. Fear of not being able to survive. To stay in a marriage based on fear feels like you’re doing your one life a disservice,” Jennifer Aniston said.
