Jennifer Garner declining $50M TV series, movie offers for her kids: Rumor

Share

Jennifer Garner has been a devoted mom to her and Ben Affleck’s three children, Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel.

Following her divorce from Ben Affleck, the couple agreed that it would be best if their kids stay with Jennifer Garner since they are minors.

But according to National Enquirer, raising three children is affecting Garner’s career. However, she, allegedly, prefers things to be this way.

Jennifer Garner allegedly refuses massive offers for future projects

An unnamed source told the tabloid that a lot of producers and directors want to work with Garner. For instance, Lena Dunham, allegedly, asked Garner to star in a follow-up project after their successful HBO show, Camping.

Other producers have, allegedly, been offering Garner $50 million just to headline their new TV series. However, the actress has declined every single offer that she has received.

“Jen isn’t up for putting in 14-hour days for 20 or more episodes a year. Being with her kids means much more to her than bringing in the big bucks,” the source said.

Jennifer Garner spends time with her kids

Garner also, allegedly, wants to be a stay-at-home mom because she had a blast hanging out with her kids during the coronavirus pandemic.

During this time, the happy family has been photographed spending time outdoors. Jennifer Garner and her kids even hung out at the beach sans Affleck.

“She finds a lot more satisfaction in making a movie every 18 months or so and doesn’t feel like the pressure like some other actresses,” the source said.

Rumors debunked

However, one should take the claims made by the tabloid with a grain of salt. It is unlikely for a tabloid to know Garner’s private discussions with producers, directors, and her agent.

It is also possible that Garner isn’t preoccupied with a new project because of the coronavirus pandemic. After all, production has been halted, but this doesn’t mean that she won’t work for long periods.

Last year, the mom of three responded to someone’s rude comment on one of her social media posts.

“What do you call a movie star who makes no movies?” the critic commented.

Garner gave a perfect response by saying, “A mom.”

The actress’s response proves how doting and dedicated she is in raising her children. But being a mom has also paved the way for her to give justice to her recent mom roles in films.

Jennifer Garner played the role of a mom in Love, Simon, Wonder Park, and Miracles From Heaven.
