Jennifer Lopez reportedly blamed Alex Rodriguez for losing $500K wedding deposit

Jennifer Lopez, allegedly, blamed her fiance Alex Rodriguez for losing their wedding deposit.

Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez were supposed to tie the knot this year. However, the coronavirus pandemic affected their wedding plans by forcing them to hold the event indefinitely.

Jennifer Lopez blamed Alex Rodriguez

Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez’s wedding is not happening anytime soon. According to Woman’s Day Australia, the delay of their wedding affected their relationship negatively.

The On the Floor singer was reportedly upset at Rodriguez and her antipathy towards him only grew each passing day.

“Jennifer is furious. She wanted to marry months ago in a small wedding, but Alex insisted on going big,” an insider told the entertainment news publication.

“That’s why she’s blaming him now – and holding him responsible for losing a $500,000 deposit,” an insider told the magazine.”

JLo and A-Rod feuding rumors debunked

However, one should take the report with a grain of salt. In contrast to the claim, the couple visited a local gym together amid the report that they were arguing about their wedding.

Also, Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez are still quarantining together. They are self-isolating with Lopez’s twins Max and Emme, and Rodriguez’s two daughters Natasha and Ella.

On Mother’s Day, Rodriguez even shared a special tribute to JLo, but not to the mother of his two kids.

He took to Instagram and shared several photos of the Maid in Manhattan star with his very own daughters. In the caption, she praised how Lopez handles their four kids together.

“For me, #MothersDay is just another reminder of how amazing Jennifer is with our kids EVERY DAY. And that’s never been more apparent than during these last couple of months at home,“ Rodriguez wrote.

“Watching her be a loving mom to all of our kids has been an experience I will never forget,” he added.

A-Rod also shared that isolating together brought them closer together as a family. He hoped that the same was true for everyone.

For me, #MothersDay is just another reminder of how amazing Jennifer is with our kids EVERY DAY. And that’s never been more apparent than during these last couple of months at home. ????❤️ . Watching her be a loving mom to all of our kids has been an experience I will never forget. This time at home has been challenging for so many. The hardships and uncertainty have changed how we all look at things as we search for a new normal. But in many ways it also has brought all of us closer together as families and that is a true blessing. I hope the same is true for all of you. . To Jen, and to all of the moms out there: Thank you. For the sacrifices you make for your children. For the love and support you give them today and every day of their lives. You are all rockstars. . #HappyMothersDay

Lopez and Rodriguez’s wedding update

Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez’s big day is still happening. However, the two couldn’t set a date because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Lopez admitted that the health scare affected their wedding plans a “little bit.” Since everything is still uncertain, they couldn’t set a wedding date.

“Honestly, I really don’t know what’s going to happen now, as far as dates or anything like that. We’re just kind of in a holding pattern like the rest of the world,” Lopez told  Ellen DeGeneres.

Meanwhile, Rodriguez also gave an update about their big day. However, just like Lopez, he wasn’t sure how they would proceed.

“We have to go with the flow now. Everything is fluid,” the former baseball superstar said.
