John Cena put on a ring on his finger again after he reportedly married his girlfriend through a private ceremony.
On Oct. 14, E! News and Entertainment Tonight confirmed that John Cena finally married his girlfriend.
Through a private ceremony in Tampa, Florida, Cena took his relationship with Shay Shariatzadeh to the next level.
As of the writing, neither Cena nor Shariatzadeh spoke up about the wedding yet.
Prior to the bombshell ceremony, the WWE star posted something sketchy on Twitter.
“Love involves constant effort,” he penned. “When you are truly ready to let love in and give to love all it needs to flourish, I feel there is no greater more rewarding connection.”
As that certain post tackled about surrendering himself to love, that explains why they held the wedding now.

The couple’s relationship has been so private even after the public first spotted them together for the first time.
To recall, Cena and Shariatzadeh made headlines after the public photographed them together in Vancouver in October 2019.
In October 2019, they finally publicized their relationship as they appeared together at the “Playing With Fire” red carpet event.
Meanwhile, the WWE star already told Access the reason why he wants to keep his love life as private as possible.
“I think it’s, like with anything, if you set a goal, stick to the goal,” he uttered. “With anything you choose to do, if you choose to do something, set up a structure that will protect it.”
He also mentioned that he has a goal in sharing things — either he will tell it to everybody or keep it to himself.
Cena and Shariatzadeh’s past relationship
Before saying “I do,” the two underwent heartbreaks in the past.
Cena previously married Elizabeth Huberdeau in 2009 before they called it quits in 2012. Later on, he got engaged to Nikki Bella until they broke up in 2018.
In January, Cena’s ex-fiancee announced her engagement to Artem Chigvintsev, her partner on Dancing With The Stars Season 25 in 2017. Currently, they share a son, Matteo Artemovich.
