Johnny Depp still, allegedly, has feelings for his former co-star, Angelina Jolie.
According to Globe, Johnny Depp first developed feelings for Jolie when they starred in The Tourist. And his attraction for the actress has only gotten stronger since then.
A source claimed that Depp wants to pursue Jolie right now because they are both single. And the Pirates of the Caribbean actor also think that they are a match made in heaven because of their recent divorces.
“He’s even cleaning up because back in the day, Angie thought he looked to scruffy,” the source said.
Johnny Depp believes he, Angelina Jolie are meant to be together
The insider also claimed that Depp believes Jolie is the woman of his dreams. And his has, allegedly, confided to his friends that his ex-wife, Amber Heard was a major downgrade as compared to the mom of six.
“Johnny’s openly said one of his biggest regrets in life was settling for a poor man’s version of Angie when he dated Amber. He’s by no means given up on love. He’s just incredibly picky and guarded these days, and that’s one big thing he shares with Angie,” the source said.
Angelina Jolie not ready for love
But there’s, allegedly, one problem. Jolie isn’t interested in dating anyone because she thinks she has a lot of deal breakers following her divorce from Brad Pitt.
However, Johnny Depp is still convinced that the actress is worth pursuing because of their similarities and so much more.
“Angie and Johnny both have a lot of battle scars and are still tough as hell, which is why a lot of their mutual friends think they’d be perfect for each other,” the source said.
Johnny Depp, Angelina Jolie rumors are old
However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt. There is no proof that Depp is interested in pursuing Jolie.
The tabloid’s claims about the A-listers aren’t also new. Last year, Globe also claimed that Depp was adamant about pursuing his former co-star.
However, several months have already passed and Johnny Depp still hasn’t made a move on Jolie. This proves that the tabloid’s claims are inaccurate.
