JoJo Fletcher will return in Bachelorette Season 16, not as a contestant but as a host.
JoJo Fletcher will be part of Bachelorette Season 16 this fall. She will temporarily replace Chris Harrison as the host quarantines for two weeks.
JoJo Fletcher returns in Bachelorette
JoJo Fletcher starred in Bachelorette Season 12, with 26 men vying for her love and attention. The season ended with Fletcher saying “yes” to Jordan Rodgers’ proposal.
This time, she will be part of the reality show again, but as a host.
An insider confirmed to Us Weekly that the former Bachelorette would replace Chris Harrison for 14 days. The 49-year-old host was unable to return to set after dropping his son, Joshua, off at college in Texas. Harrison has to undergo the 14-day quarantine, so JoJo Fletcher will fill in for him.
“The moment he got back, Chris was told he could not set foot back on the set until he went through another 14-day quarantine,” the source said.
“The show’s contestants and crew all had to quarantine on the property for 14 days prior to the camera’s rolling. But it didn’t dawn on Chris he’d have to do it all over again if he simply left to take his kid to college.”

Chris Harrison gave an update after dropping son to college
On Wednesday, Chris Harrison shared two photos on social media when he dropped his son to college.
In the first photo, the father and son are both smiling while looking straight at the camera. Chris’s son is sitting on the bed while he leans on it. In the second photo, Chris’ son was joined by two friends.
“Just like that he’s gone. Thought dropping the big man off at college @texaschristianuniversity today was going to crush me but all I could feel is pride and excitement. Especially now, so grateful that they have this opportunity. Now go take on the world and have the time of your life my boy,” he wrote on Instagram.
JoJo’s experience with dating reality shows
JoJo Fletcher appeared in Ben Higgins’ season of The Bachelor. He confessed love for both JoJo and Lauren Bushnell but ultimately chose the latter.
JoJo was heartbroken, but she was given a chance to find the man of her dreams when she became the new Bachelorette in 2016. The season ended with JoJo choosing Jordan Rodgers over Robby Hayes.
Jordan and JoJo are still together. They were supposed to tie the knot on June 13 but had to push their wedding date due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the couple still celebrated the day with JoJo sharing a sweet selfie of them on that day.
“6.13.20 … Happy ‘What would have been Wedding Day’ to us!” she wrote on Instagram.
“Even though I don’t get to marry you todayyyyy @jrodgers11, I know it will be all more worth the wait. 2021, we 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘭𝘺𝘺𝘺𝘺𝘺 can’t wait for you.”
