Fans expect Sukuna to come out in Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 143 after he didn’t do so in Chapter 142.
After the intense fight between Yuji and Yuta, readers believe Sukuna will make an appearance to help the initial. However, he lets the first-year student experience severe attacks and injuries, so will he finally switch bodies with him in Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 143?
Sukuna’s much-awaited appearance
Yuta had successfully stabbed Yuji that made Sukuna’s eyes grew big. This only meant that he felt something or something was going on with him that might incite his appearance.
However, there’s no Sukuna seen in Chapter 142. According to Recent Highlights, it’s possible the sword that stabbed Yuji never meant to kill him but to only subdue his and his cursed spirit.
The elders tasked Yuta to execute Yuji, but he clearly knew that he couldn’t kill him, knowing Sukuna could heal him no matter what damage he would do.
So, Yuta might be planning to bring Yuji to the Jujutsu High, where the elders could handle him and Sukuna in Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 143.
The new installment would also continue the fight between Choso and Naoya. The initial was already having the upper hand in the war when Yuta suddenly appeared.
Choso didn’t see it coming, so when Yuta sucker-punched him to the face, he effortlessly brought him down
Although Choso and Yuji seemed to be losing over the two antagonists, Cursed Womb: Death Paintings would never let them take his ally away.
He would do his best to save Yuji, and he would face Yuta and Naoya with all his strength.

Chapter 142 recap
In Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 142, Naoya asked Choso to keep a secret after the latter found out he’s bringing a weapon around. He knew it didn’t look good for a sorcerer to bring an arm, but he admitted he couldn’t win any fight without it.
Naoya also revealed his brother was also bringing his own sword, which made him hated them more, OtakuKart News noted. He believed it’s a pathetic move, saying there’s no reason for them to stay alive.
Choso believed Naoya became much better after learning from the mistakes of his siblings. However, the latter stressed older brothers should be good examples to their younger ones.
Naoya had no idea that Choso was already making a move against him. When he successfully did so, Yuta suddenly arrived and brought him down while dragging Yuji.
What would happen next could be next seen on the release of Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 143 on Sunday, March 21.
