It seems that Jungkook’s Midas touch does not only limit to what he wears or what things he uses. Now he continues to prove that it also applies to the songs he touches.
It is always a taste of heaven to Jungkook’s fans knowing that his solo songs or the songs he composed and produced are smashing the charts.
Recently, the BTS member’s My Time becomes the first Korean B-side and solo song of BTS to chart for 100 days on the Worldwide iTunes Song Chart, as reported by K-media.
Now, Jungkook’s solo song had officially charted for 103 days. Also, the song topped the Oman iTunes.

My Time did not only stopped from there. The song’s notable achievements include the BTS’s highest entry for a solo song on Billboard Hot100.
It also becomes the fastest BTS solo song to sell 100,000 units in the US, and on Billboard World Digital Song Sales, it is the first to chart at #1.
Despite My Time‘s waving achievements for being the longest-charting Korean b-side on Worldwide iTunes, Jungkook’s Euphoria also raced the marathon.
The song secures its throne on Billboard World Digital Song Sales, being the longest-charting Korean solo song.
The new heights
In the Billboard World Digital Song Sales chart, both Euphoria and My Time this week enters at #15 and #11, respectively. For 37 weeks, Euphoria had on the chart and extended its record as the longest-charting K-pop solo song.
Meanwhile, spending 34 weeks on the chart is My Time, which is now tied with BTS’s Jimin’s Filter.
It also achieved the feat as the second-longest charting K-pop solo song on the chart as it extends its reign as the longest-charting K-pop idol on Billboard World Digital Song Sales. Currently, Jungkook broke the record previously held by Jennie (Blackpink) and Hyuna.

Additionally, in the US, My Time and Euphoria now sold over 200,000 units, further proving Jungkook’s Midas touch.
On Spotify, Euphoria also set a new record as it has surpassed 180 million streams. It also becomes Jungkook’s first solo song to achieve this feat.
Following Blackpink Jennie’s Solo and PSY’s Gangnam Style, the track becomes BTS’s most-streamed solo song and the third most-streamed K-pop solo song on the platform.
