A few of the many various moments of the senator comprise the book, including the time presidential candidate Joe Biden confronted her. A debate about his work with Segregationists to oppose school busing, a practice in transporting students to different school districts to improve racial integration.
The 22-page book will be made available in digital, paper, and hardcover versions.
The said book narrates the life story of Harris starting from her birth to Indian biologist Shyamala Gopalan and Jamaican Economics Professor Donald Harris in California, to her journey into becoming the second female African-American and first Asian-American US Senator.
Harris revealed that there was this little girl who was bused to school every day, and the story goes on at that point in her life.
Kamala Harris: full of grit and no-nonsense
The book’s publishers described Harris as a woman “full of grit and determination.” Also, her “no-nonsense approach and bi-racial heritage have made her a popular member of the Democratic Party.”
Darren G. Davis, the Founder of Tidal Wave Productions, previously known as Bluewater Productions, says, “We wanted to showcase the strong women in today’s society that have inspired generations and shaped the culture of today.”
He also stated that the younger and older generation could take inspiration to women like Harris.
Biographies in drawings
The new comic book of Harris isn’t the publishing company’s venture into biographies. It has already documented and published many stories under titles like fame, political power, and tribute on prominent historic leaders and personalities like Bill Clinton, James Comey, Nelson Mandela, Hillary Clinton, Michelle Obama, Oprah Winfrey, Anderson Cooper, JK Rowling, Elizabeth Warren, etc.
Author Michael Frizell delivered many other inspiring stories like Lionel Messi, Freddie Mercury, Rand Paul, and Liza Minnelli for the same production house said he enjoyed working on Harris’s comic book.
Their latest and most recent works portrayed Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, released on September 14.
