The Kardashian-Jenner family is allegedly going broke after their reality show Keeping Up With the Kardashian got cancelled.
A tabloid claims that the Kardashians and the Jenners are struggling after their show got cancelled. However, one should take the report with a grain of salt as there is no piece of evidence to back those claims. On the contrary, the family is doing good, and their show is due to return soon.
Kardashian-Jenner broke or not
Star published a report claiming that the Kardashians are having financial troubles. The Kardashian-Jenner family is reportedly going broke and has a whopping $180 million in debt.
The tabloid cited several insiders who alleged that “profits are going down” but “their lavish lifestyle is as expensive as ever.”
Keeping Up With the Kardashians has been the family’s “cash cow” according to the sources. However, the reality show’s ratings have been declining for years, and the family is allegedly “bracing themselves for a full-blown cancellation.”
“They could easily tell their mom and sisters to drop dead and just walk away,” the source added. “This is a rotten time in business for everyone…and the Kardashians are no exception.”
The dubious source added that two members of the family are financially stable. Kylie Jenner and Kendall Jenner allegedly do not need to worry about money.
Kardashian-Jenner going broke rumor debunked
Gossip Cop debunks the claims that the Kardashians are going broke. In fact, just a few days ago, Kanye West congratulated his wife, Kim Kardashian, for “officially becoming a billionaire.”
Kim sold her stake in her KKW Beauty brand to Coty for $200 million. However, most sources still indicate that she’s worth $900 million.
Also, it’s not true that the Keeping Up With the Kardashians has been cancelled. Back in February, Kris Jenner announced during her appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show that they were filming season 19.
The Kardashians will return in September.
Momager controlling her daughter’s life
Meanwhile, in 2018, The Sun published a report claiming that Kris Jenner is controlling the lives of her five daughters – Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner.
An insider alleged that those who were interested in dating any of the Kardashian-Jenner ladies had to sign an NDA. Besides, the momager also allegedly wanted to control their pregnancies.
However, the report was not true. In fact, the spokesperson of the Kardashian-Jenner clan denied the NDA claims.
