Katie Holmes dated Jamie Foxx after her divorce from Tom Cruise. However, Holmes and Foxx called it quits in 2019. One outlet claimed last year that she would be doing a “tell-all interview” to tell her side of the story.
A year ago, OK! published a report claiming that Katie Holmes would sit for a tell-all interview to revert dirt on her former lovers. She would speak about Tom Cruise’s involvement in Scientology and how it led to their divorce.
The outlet also quoted an unnamed source speaking about Holmes and Foxx’s split.
The Dawson’s Creek star was “finally telling friends her side of the story – and she’s not leaving any details out,” the insider said.
The dubious source also added that Holmes would reveal the real reason behind her and Foxx’s separation. She would confirm that the singer-actor “betrayed her with dozes of women over the years.
“It broke everyone’s heart to see her with a jerk like Jamie for so long. They love that she’s finally sticking up for herself,” the source said.
Gossip Cop debunked the report after Katie Holmes’ rep denied it and assured that the story was not true.
The rumor-debunking site considered the report a classic bait and switch because it made the readers believe that Holmes would sit with them for an exclusive interview. However, it didn’t happen.
There was no report about the supposed interview. Instead, the article quoted a source saying that Holmes is finally telling her friends her side of the story.
After a year, there was no update about the interview.
Also, with OK! magazine’s reputation for publishing articles based on the statements of its undependable sources, this could be another groundless claim waiting to be debunked.
In related news, Katie Holmes’ fans thought her Instagram was hacked after she posted a disturbing video.
The controversial clip featured a turtle swimming on the ocean, and suddenly a giant fish appeared, and the turtle was gone.
“Too cute,” Holmes wrote in the caption with twin hearts emoji.
Many reacted because they didn’t find the video cute. Instead, it was disturbing for them.
However, if one watches the clip carefully, the turtle dips under the water before the large creature appears in the foreground, and it is safe.
