Khloé Kardashian was never expecting co-parenting her two-year-old daughter, True, with Tristan Thompson would turn out good.
Khloé Kardashian uses her earlier situation as a great example when it comes to co-parenting. She makes her mom, Kris Jenner, dad, Robert Kardashian, and stepfather, Caitlyn Jenner, as her inspiration.
The ex-couple’s positive co-parenting relationship
The 36-year-old didn’t believe she would have a “positive co-parenting relationship” with her baby daddy.
Despite what they have been through, they are doing their best to raise True together.
In an interview with Daily Pop, the mother-of-one revealed their partnership “surprises her, too.”
“We’re doing a great job, and I’m really grateful that we’re able to,” she said.
The KarJenner family is no stranger when it comes to being on good terms with their exes for their kids’ sake.
The Revenge Body star herself came from a broken family, but they all had a good relationship.
“I come from a family that, you know, my mom and my dad, they would have dinner once a week,” she continued. “And my stepdad and my dad would play golf once a week together.”
“So, I come from a family that … just because people aren’t together doesn’t mean you have to be rude or they’re out of your life,” Khloé Kardashian explained.

Khloé Kardashian praises family’s co-parenting skills
The Good American founder gives all the credits to her parents for having an amicable co-parenting relationship with Thompson.
“Having my parents and seeing how seamlessly it seemed that they did it, we never knew anything negative,” she told People. “I’m sure it was difficult for them too, but we never knew anything negative.”
The socialite had a talk with the publication about her Take Back Today campaign with Nurtec.
Robert was not only his biological father; he was also “Uncle Robert” to her little sisters. Although some people found it hard to understand their co-parenting situation, Khloé Kardashian said it was full of love.
“So many people don’t understand it, but I lead with love, and we put our child first,” she explained. “If you have that mindset, everything else follows easily.”
“We have a family together. Don’t make it more difficult by dragging your feet,” the model added. “This is going to be forever, so we want to make it the best that we can.”
Khloé Kardashian also credits her sister, Kourtney Kardashian, and her ex, Scott Disick, for their co-parenting skills because she also learned a lot from them.
