Kim Kardashian, allegedly, decided to quit Keeping Up With the Kardashians so she could focus on her husband Kanye West’s health.
According to Woman’s Day, Kim Kardashian told her momager, Kris Jenner, that she could no longer return to the reality TV show. But since it was Kardashian that started it all for their family, Jenner ultimately decided that it was best to just cancel KUWTK altogether.
“Kim was worried Kanye was at breaking point, and she and her entire family’s ruthlessly public life was partially to blame. She was staring down the barrel of divorce and quitting the show was a last-ditch effort to get things back on track with Kanye. They had a make-or-break vacation recently and that’s where it was decided,” the source said.
Kim Kardashian spoke with her family about quitting ‘KUWTK’
Following Kardashian’s crisis talk with her mom and sisters, they all, allegedly, decided that KUWTK wouldn’t be the same without the SKIMS founder. The decision, allegedly, left everyone devastated.
Woman’s Day published a cryptic headline for their story claiming that Kardashian quitting the reality TV show meant she’s choosing her husband over her mom and sisters. However, this may not be entirely true.
Kim Kardashian has been in Keeping Up With the Kardashians throughout the past 14 seasons. This means that she was dedicated to a huge part of her life in the program.
Kanye West asked his wife to choose between him, her family
Rumors about Kardashian choosing between her husband and her family aren’t new. Last month, Star claimed that the reality TV star chose her family and the show over the rapper.
“Kanye put his foot down and, in a nutshell, told Kim to choose between him and TV. He never wanted to be on KUWTK and thinks it’s shallow and pointless,” the source said.
West also, allegedly, told the mom of four that he doesn’t want anything to do with Jenner. In fact, the rapper once called his mother-in-law Kim Jong-Un as a reference to North Korea’s leader.
Rumors debunked
However, one should take the claims made by the tabloid with a grain of salt. West didn’t ask his wife to choose between him and Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
Kardashian didn’t reveal exactly why they decided to end the reality TV show after 14 seasons. As such, the claims that she wants to focus on her marriage and her husband’s health is based on hearsays.
Kim Kardashian will still be able to update her fans with her life because she’s active on social media.
