Kris Jenner is probably the most popular “momager” in the industry. As the head of the Kardashian-Jenner household, she oversees a lot of things. Aside from keeping her family safe and sound, she also manages the careers of her children, who are all quite famous.

Amid all the responsibilities of being a mother, friend, and manager, Kris reportedly revealed that she also ensures to take good care of herself. This is why she has remained active despite the heavy workload, according to Cheat Sheet.

Kris Jenner manages her children’s careers

Kris Jenner is the mother of the popular Kardashian sisters. From her first marriage to Robert Kardashian, the couple had four kids: Kourtney, Kim, Khloé, and Rob.

A month after her divorce in 1991, she married her second husband, Bruce Jenner. They share two kids, Kendall and Kylie, who have become icons, as well, just like their half-sisters.

In 2006, Kris Jenner’s friend reportedly joked that her kids were too “chaotic” to have their own show. Eventually, Ryan Seacrest “picked up” the idea of featuring the Kardashians and their lives, which then became the widely-known series, Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Since then, all members of the Kardashian-Jenner household became hot, trendy topics of many reports. Kris then became the manager of her kids’ career as they all venture out in the industry of showbiz.

With everything that has happened in their lives, Kris Jenner has managed to maintain a great and “on-point” figure. She just turned 64 last November, and many fans reportedly argued that she does not look like her age.

In a social media interview with Khloé Kardashian‘s clothing line, Good American, the momager revealed that she wakes up at 5 in the morning to slide a simple workout into her day. She also revealed that she prioritizes her “sleep” to ensure the good condition of her health, as per CNBC.

Kris’ uses only one equipment for her workout

Alongside her six to seven hours of sleep, she ensures to exercise every single day. Upon waking up, she said that she spends 45 minutes up to an hour using the treadmill.

After doing cardio, she explained that it makes her feel ready, “mentally, emotionally, and physically.” But, if not on the treadmill, she noted that she dies Pilates. 

In the end, Kris Jenner asserted that the more she works out, and prioritizes her health, the “stronger” she feels. This then reportedly makes her do “better” in her work.
