Yes, even strip clubs are now into bitcoins.
With more and more businesses accepting bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies as a payment, a strip club in Las Vegas thought it would be a good idea not to be left behind.
Crazy Horse 3 has started accepting bitcoin payments through the Lightning Network. It even claimed that it is the first major entertainment venue in the city to accept bitcoin payment using the network.
Getting into the bitcoin vibe
The club uses a bitcoin payment processor called OpenNode to provide guests a secured way of purchasing its “VIP bottle packages.”
According to Lindsay Feldman, the club’s publicist, Crazy Horse 3 must adopt technologies that can provide actual benefits for its customers. And bitcoin has clear benefits by giving customers a secured, seamless, anonymous way of paying for the club’s products and services.
She also added that the club’s partnership with established tech providers would certainly benefit its customers, especially the tech-savvy ones. The club’s adoption of crypto, she said, would increase its customers’ purchasing power and create more value for their digital currency.
Bitcoin invading Las Vegas
The club will soon accept bitcoin payments for admission, craft cocktails, food selections, including its famous “dance dollars.”
More and more entertainment venues are also embracing bitcoin payments because of the cryptocurrency’s rising popularity.
Golden Gate Hotel & Casino was one of the first bitcoin pioneers in Las Vegas and today, the entertainment venue accepts the crypto for reservations, gift shops, and at its front desk.
These current trends are also a sign that the world’s most popular cryptocurrency wouldn’t just be a fad, but soon a part of everyone’s lives.
