After Lea Michele recently got into a Glee scandal, rumors have it that it affected her marriage with Zandy Reich. Is their relationship really in trouble?
Lea Michele was recently under fire for her alleged diva attitude on the set of Glee. Samantha Marie Ware accused the expectant mom of being a bully, making her life a “living hell” while doing the show.
Their former co-stars supported Ware’s claim and revealed their own unfortunate experiences with the 33-year-old star.
An alleged failing marriage
A gossip magazine asserted that the Scream Queens star and her businessman husband are having some marriage problems. Allegedly, the actress feels “distraught” that her good image has been ruined, resulting in her being “short-tempered and hormonal.”
As they are expecting their first child, her husband doesn’t know what to do to calm her down. The publication also claimed that the former child actress was more concerned with her career than her marriage. She, allegedly, wanted to repair her image than to keep their marriage healthy.
Gossip Cop debunks this story, revealing that a friend close to the author explained that there’s no truth about it. Their recent outing only proved that everything is fine in their marriage.
Accusations against Michele
For the first time, the late Cory Monteith’s former partner was seen in public with Zandy Reich after her Glee scandal. The couple walked the streets of Los Angeles, as she showed off her baby bump with her black sports and matching leggings, Us Weekly noted.
Lea Michele got into a huge scandal when she supported the Black Lives Matter movement. At the time, Ware revealed how Michele made her life a “living hell” on the set of Glee.
“I BELIEVE YOU TOLD EVERYONE THAT IF TOU [sic] HAD THE OPPORTUNITY, YOU WOULD ‘S–T IN MY WIG!'” Ware said. “AMONGST OTHER TRAUMATIC MICROAGGRESSIONS THAT MADE ME QUESTION A CAREER IN HOLLYWOOD.”
Some of Lea Michele’s former workmates started to reveal their own unfortunate experiences with her, like Gerard Canonico and Heather Morris. However, she bravely acknowledged the accusations, issuing an apology and promising to change.
“While I don’t remember ever making this specific statement and I have never judged others by their background or color of their skin, that’s not really the point,” Lea Michele explained. “What matters is that I clearly acted in ways, which hurt other people.”
