Three new images came out today, reportedly coming from Bethesda’s Starfield. The secretive game seems leaks that show what fans can expect from the game.
Bethesda’s Starfield is the much-awaited new IP from the creator of Elder Scrolls. The game is now a priority property for the studio, much more than Elder Scrolls 6. Even then, there is no information about the title apart from the E3 2018 teaser.
Now, a trio of images came out of nowhere, showing beautifully rendered pictures. The leak claims that these come from Bethesda’s upcoming space exploration title.
Sources say image from 2018 version of the game
The entire leak comes from a Reddit post on r/gamingleaksandrumours. A user named u/Electrical-Ad-8659 posted the leak, with no post history whatsoever. The trio of images shows the full render of a spaceship, a player in a spacesuit outside a spacecraft, and a HUD photo.
The renders look beautiful so far. The spaceship is highly detailed and has the makings of a next-gen title. From how it looks, the design is ready for interstellar travel, which is crucial for space exploration.
The other image shows the player’s perspective of the entire ship. To scale, the spaceship render looks big enough to carry an entire crew or a small colony.
While there’s no clear information if these are indeed from Starfield, a few YouTubers confirm the case. Skullzi, a well-known gaming leaks personality, says his sources verified the leaks. In particular, these renders come from the 2018 version of the game.
BREAKING NEWS:
I can now say confidently that an anonymous source contacted me and verified that the recent leak is indeed real, and the images came from an early build of Starfield from 2018!— SKULLZI 💀🎮 (@SkullziTV) September 26, 2020

Buzz about Starfield getting louder
Bethesda’s Starfield has the rumor mill grinding with the new leaks. For example, u/orange_thought from the Starfield subreddit notes how the colony ship uses Fallout 4-style modular settlement snapping. This can indicate that Starfield will have colonization aspects.
Keen Redditors also note that the HUD gauges on the screen are showing gravity and gas levels, likely within the suit. These details point out to survival elements that will be within the game.
The gravity meter will likely tie into the potential gravity of each planet or moon. The base gravity for the suit is 1, which means players would need to take this into consideration.
Bethesda’s Starfield has no release date so far. Projections put the game for a 2022 to 2023 release. The development of the game started around 2018 and will take a few more years before completion.
