Logan teen actress Dafne Keen has expressed her hopes for the MCU. After Deadpool 3 movie’s future, she’s also expecting something big.

According to Comicbook, Dafne Keen, who played a young X-23 in 2017’s Logan, recently expressed her MCU ambitions. Everyone knows that Disney acquired 20th Century Fox in 2019. And since then, it’s been speculated that all Marvel characters will now appear in one cinematic universe.

Speaking of Keen, then she has also now shown a deep interest. It’s also because her solo spin-off film is also rumored for production. If everything goes alright, then it may happen in reality.

Dafne Keen’s hopes for a future MCU appearance

Although her hopes got a halt after Disney’s complete acquisition of Fox, the big news of Ryan Reynolds starrer Deadpool 3 in the MCU gave her relief.

“I’m 100 percent hopeful. I’m trying not to get my hopes up too high in case it doesn’t happen, but I really do hope it does because I loved playing Laura,” she told Looper in a recent interaction.

Talking about her character of Laura, she said:

“She holds a very special place in my heart, and she’s an incredible character. And to be fair, the whole Deadpool 3 situation really, really made me happy because, obviously, when Disney bought Fox, I suspected they weren’t going to do any more R-rated films, but then greenlighting Deadpool is a great sign for other R-rated movies.”

Well, if her expectations turn out true, it will be very great for the teen star. Her role brought a lot of critical praise when Logan was released three years ago.

Just a while, during a Quarantine Watch party, director James Mangold also admired her. He lauded the actress in his Wolverine film. Several critics even considered it as a masterpiece.

Upcoming Marvel shows and movies

Meanwhile, the hopes of not just Keen but the fans’ are also high for what’s about to come next under Marvel Studios. Because everything is almost under one roof (except the Spider-Man IP), it will be interesting to witness new surprises.

Die-hard comic book lovers of X-Men and Fantastic Four are already pumped up for their debut in the cinematic universe. Especially after Kevin Feige’s official announcement over the first Fantastic Four film, everyone is going crazy.

The next phase is also looking pretty amazing with WandaVision, Black Widow, and Falcon and the Winter Soldier. They all will be early entries under Phase four of MCU. More content is about entertaining the viewers in the future, thanks to the Disney Plus streaming service.
