‘Mario Golf: Super Rush’ is number one, again, in the UK

Share

Well, it just happened once again! Nintendo exclusive Mario Golf: Super Rush has topped the sales in the UK for yet another week.

It seems like there’s no real rival to Mario Golf: Super Rush at the moment, at least not on the boxed sales chart in the UK.

‘Mario Golf: Super Rush’ is No.1!

This past week, in general, turned out huge for multiple Switch titles alongside Mario. The majority of the games in the top ten are Nintendo-based.

It implies that only a few of the entries on the UK boxed sales chart are PlayStation-based.

Mario Golf: Super Rush has maintained its lead over the competitors. It had dethroned Insomniac’s blockbuster Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart just a few weeks ago when it first reached the top spot.

Fortunately, the PS5 exclusive sequel is still holding its top ten, sitting at the sixth position.

EA’s FIFA 21 is also strong once again at its previous second rank. It is selling very well for both the PS4 and PS5.

Rockstar Games GTA V is also there at the seventh number.

Capcom’s big release of the year, Resident Evil Village, is now in the ninth position. And after that comes The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

If you want to know about all the top ten best-selling titles on the UK boxed sales chart, then keep scrolling below.

The following list is for the week ending July 3, 2021:

  1. Mario Golf: Super Rush
  2. FIFA 21
  3. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
  4. Animal Crossing: New Horizons
  5. Minecraft (Switch)
  6. Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart
  7. Grand Theft Auto V
  8. Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury
  9. Resident Evil Village
  10. Legend of Zelda: Breath of Wild

New video games in 2021

Meanwhile, many other fresh releases are arriving soon in the remaining second half of this year. There will be many surprises for AAA lovers.

Speaking of AAA, then the most-awaited names will be Halo Infinite, Far Cry 6, Battlefield 2042, and Dying Light 2.

New World, No More Heroes 3, a new Call of Duty entry, Cyber Shadow, and Kena: Bridge of Spirits are also on the list.

However, the vast line-up expands even further with Shadow Warrior 3, Stray, and GhostWire: Tokyo.

Little Devil Inside, Humankind, The Ascent, and Life Is Strange: True Colors are other crucial launches.

Some recently announced, ambitious projects debuting soon are The Day Before, Glitchpunk, and Etched Memories. The latter will be a case of curiosity for most players because it will feature a Cat as the primary protagonist, Biscuit.
