The latest skin is based on Chris Evans’ Endgame costume as Captain America. And his shield also makes its way in the Square Enix title.
The superhero game had already received lots of cosmetic updates since its official launch last year. But whenever there is an MCU-based addition, the players become more excited.
Marvel’s Avengers lets you play as Earth’s Mightiest heroes for those who don’t know about it. The line-up includes Hulk, Iron Man, Black Widow, Miss Marvel, Thor, Hawkeye, and Captain America, of course.
While there have been few similarities between the MCU and Square Enix’s game, the difference has been evident because there’s no direct correlation between the two from the developers’ side.
But now that Captain America’s MCU skin from Endgame has made it to Marvel’s Avengers, things may start to change in the future. Simply put, the title may receive more movie-accurate skins in the coming months, hopefully.
Yes, there won’t be the likeness of MCU actors themselves; still, it’s nice to have a reference of this kind.
All in all, it’s a good thing for the game itself as it is still getting constant updates and support from the makers.
