Megan Thee Stallion shooting incident
On July 12, Megan Thee Stallion and Tory Lanez attended a pool party in Los Angeles. However, around 4:30 a.m., the police arrived at the scene after receiving a report about the shooting incident. When they came, Stallion, Lanez, and her friend Kelsey Nicole were inside an SUV.
TMZ obtained a video showing the cops asking Stallion to step out of the car. Noticeably, she leaves a trail of blood each time she takes a step before sitting down on the sidewalk.
On Thursday, a source told Page Six that it was Lanez who shot Stallion.
“Tory fired the shots from within the vehicle while Megan was outside trying to leave,” the source said.
“There is video and the police are investigating. This is a case of a man physically harming and abusing a woman.”
However, the LAPD spokesperson declined to confirm whether there was a video submitted to the investigation. According to the spokesperson, any videos would “not be released until the case goes to court in order to protect the integrity of the case.”
“The detectives are seeking information regarding the shooting involving Daystar Peterson, and the investigation is still ongoing. I’m not privileged to what the detectives have right now,” the spokesperson added.

Black women are so unprotected & we hold so many things in to protect the feelings of others w/o considering our own. It might be funny to y’all on the internet and just another messy topic for you to talk about but this is my real life and I’m real life hurt and traumatized.
