Meghan Markle was accused of acting like a diva on her birthday after snubbing the greetings from the royal family members.
Earlier this month, Meghan Markle celebrated her 39th birthday. Queen Elizabeth II, as well as Prince William and Kate Middleton, posted birthday greetings for her on social media. However, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex did not acknowledge it.
Meghan Markle acting like a diva
Meghan Markle has been subjected to various rumors from the time she joined the royal family. The former actress is already living peacefully in California, but she remains a favorite subject among the tabloids in the U.K. and the U.S.A.
According to National Enquirer, the duchess snubbed Queen Elizabeth and the Cambridges’ birthday greetings. Even Prince Harry allegedly didn’t reach out to his family to thank them for greeting his wife.
“Harry could have phoned his grandmother to say thank you or express some sort of gratitude, or even texted his father, Prince Charles. But it never happened,” the outlet’s bogus source said.
The insider blamed Markle for the snub because the duchess was reportedly acting like a diva. And she was bossing around her royal husband.

Queen and Cambridges’ birthday greetings
The tabloid also claimed that the Queen demanded a post for Meghan Markle’s birthday. She also ordered Prince William to do the same.
The Duke of Cambridge wasn’t happy about his grandmother’s request. However, Prince William still complied.
Gossip Cop debunked the story and called it nonsense. The rumor-debunking site added that the tabloid was only quoting fake sources.
Part of the report claimed that Prince Harry showered Meghan Markle with designer clothes and expensive jewelry. The Duke of Sussex also hired an A-list chef for a romantic meal at their “borrowed Beverly Hills mansion.”
However, the Sussexes are no longer living in Tyler Perry’s home in Beverly Hills since July. The royal couple moved to their new home in Santa Barbara before Markle’s birthday. So, the source was not telling the truth.
Meghan and Prince Harry slammed over Finding Freedom
In related news, the netizens criticized Prince Harry and Meghan Markle for their involvement in Finding Freedom. Royal correspondent Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand wrote the biography for the Sussexes.
The authors said they didn’t interview the royal couple. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex also said they didn’t contribute to the book.
However, the netizens were irked after reading the Authors’ Note. The authors wrote that they talked to Prince Harry and Markle’s friends, palace aides, and the couple “when appropriate.”
Thus, several netizens called the Sussexes liars. However, Scobie set the record straight and said they were referring to their exchange of words during the official engagement, which was very different from actual interviews.
