Meghan Markle, allegedly, wants to make a comeback in Hollywood. She is planning to re-start her career by portraying Rachel Zane again in Suits.
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have left Britain and moved to Los Angeles. Now that the former actress has returned to the U.S., rumors that she is planning to revive her acting career started to circulate.
Predictions on the Meghan’s possible comeback
As per New Idea, the Duchess of Sussex is re-starting her career in the entertainment business again. Experts, reportedly, predicted that she could make more money today if she returns to the field.
They think she should seriously consider going back to her old job. These experts even suggested that Meghan Markle could easily get $50 million as a fee; thus, it is a good idea.
“Whatever role she does, everyone is going to want to see her,” InterTalent chairman Professor Jonathan Shalit told the magazine. “We are talking a $50 million fee – people are going to be fascinated to see her perform at the very start.”
The professor explained that the duchess’ pulling power in the U.S. and on a global scale is phenomenal. With this advantage, she is a great cast addition to any shows or movies.
Returning to Suits
Professor Shalit suggested that Meghan Markle should also consider resurrecting her character in Suits. This was the show that made her name known in the industry anyway.
Suits is something that she was closely associated with before she married Prince Harry so this is a good choice for a comeback. She was part of the show for seven years so it will be easy for her too.
“If she goes back to Suits, it would be the biggest TV series in the world,” Shalit said.
Is Meghan Markle going back to her acting career?
Gossip Cop carried out a little investigation on this rumor and concluded that this is false. The publication stated that this was just one of those clickbait articles that have no proof at all.
It was also pointed out that New Idea has already published several stories about Meghan Markle, and they have all been debunked.
What’s more, Suits is already off the air, and its final season premieres on July 17, 2019, and concluded in September of that same year.
The report is false because it is impossible for Meghan Markle to return to a show that is no longer there.
