Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s fans are not happy with the prediction made by a royal author that they won’t last.
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been married for over two years already. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are expecting their second child and have been a picture of love since they started dating. However, a royal author still doesn’t think they will be together forever.
Meghan Markle, Prince Harry won’t last prediction
Lady Colin Campbell, the author of Meghan and Harry and The Real Diana, spoke with Page Six. Campbell shared her predictions about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, and she doesn’t think that they won’t last.
Campbell said when Markle became the Duchess of Sussex, it was “off with everyone’s head.” She also said that Markle was “disconnected from reality” and lost it.
The Jamaican-born British writer also called Markle a “wrong-footed woman” who “stated untruths.” She was referring to what Markle said during her and Prince Harry’s interview with Oprah Winfrey.
The duchess said during the interview that they got married three days before the royal wedding. But it was not true because it was not an official wedding.
She added that Prince Harry was aware of Markle’s lies because he knows the difference in the real ceremony but went along with it. She also added that Markle got Prince Harry “entrapped,” and it would be difficult for him to escape his situation.
Fans defended Markle
Several were furious at Lady Colin Campbell for her prediction about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. The Sussex supporters disagreed with Campbell, and some even slammed her, Express reported.
One commented on social media, saying it was an awful thing to say for anyone’s marriage. Another said Campbell was “terrible” for saying those words.
Several also questioned Campbell’s prediction because Prince Harry and Markle are very much in love with each other. One also said it was “more of a wish,” suggesting that there is not enough proof that the Sussexes’ marriage is shaky; the author just wants them to split.
Prince Harry and Meghan today
Prince Harry is still in the U.K., he flew to his home country to attend Prince Philip’s funeral Saturday. According to reports, he will be extending his stay because Queen Elizabeth II will be celebrating her 95th birthday on Wednesday.
Meghan Markle did not join Prince Harry because her doctors advised her against taking the trip. The duchess is heavily pregnant, and they took the precautionary measure seriously because she had a miscarriage last year.
Several sources said Prince Harry is already eager to fly back to the U.S. to reunite with his wife, Meghan, and son, Archie.
